Automatic High Power Resistor Load Bank With Air Core Inductance / Non Inductive Resistance
● Overview
DZF/3 automatic loading cabinet is composed of a series of air-core inductance and non
inductive resistance of different specifications. Its parameters can be set through the touch
screen, and variation of resistance can be realized through switching of PLC control solid relay
so as to provide load for electrical accessories test.
● Performance and features
With this type of load cabinet, the debugging process of simulated load is simplified, more
convenient and reliable in operation, and the debugging time is greatly shortened; debugging
accuracy is improved greatly, and can better meet standards when conducting electrical
accessories test. This load cabinet has excellent ventilation and dissipation performance (under
80A, after continuous power-on for 30s, it will conduct automatic tripping protection). Besides,
normal load and fluorescent lamp load can be provided as required by customers’ requirements.

(requirements of Chapter 18 and 19)

side);
4. Testing current: 6-80A, accuracy 2% (under 80A, after continuous power-on for 30s, it will
conduct automatic tripping protection; under 100A, after power-on for 10s, it will conduct
automatic tripping protection);
5. Power factor: 0.3-0.98 accuracy ±0.05;
6. Integrated voltmeter: Grade 0.5;
