Overview:
This device is suitable for household and similar use hood, ventilation fan air volume performance
test. In line with GB / T 1236 "industrial fan with a standardized duct for performance testing," the
test requirements, but also in line with ISO 5801, JIS B8330, JIS C9603 and other standards.
● Test principle:
According to hydrodynamic Bernoulli principle, the flow through the nozzle pressure difference
before and after the calculation of air velocity, air velocity multiplied by the cross-sectional area of
the nozzle can be obtained air volume. In the experiment, the auxiliary air blower and the adjusting
baffle were used to change the air flow to measure the static pressure under each air flow. Finally,
the air performance curve of the hood or fan was obtained through the computer data processing.
